ACPI Region Buffer Issue Causes Black Boot Screen

Subheading

A recently discovered issue with the Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI) region has been found to cause a black boot screen on affected computers. The ACPI region is responsible for managing the communication between hardware and software during the boot process. When the ACPI region does not cover the entire command-response buffer, it can lead to a boot failure and the appearance of a black boot screen.

Additional Information

The black boot screen issue has been reported to occur on a variety of computer models and configurations. It is not yet clear what is causing the issue, but it is believed to be related to a BIOS update. Users who are experiencing this issue are advised to contact their computer manufacturer for support.

There is currently no known workaround for this issue. However, users may be able to resolve the issue by resetting their BIOS settings to default. This can be done by accessing the BIOS menu and selecting the "Load Default Settings" option.
